She is currently Digital Financial Services Expert (Skills and Innovation) with UNCDF in Ghana. She previously worked with Digital Disruptions, a US based consulting firm that focuses on strategy, design and product innovation. She was previously the Strategy and Business Development Manager for the Inclusive Banking unit of Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited with the responsibility of pursuing its financial inclusion agenda.

Ophelia is passionate about using technology as an enabler to develop solutions to reach the unbanked and underbanked to give them greater access to financial services. She is a founding member of the Financial Inclusion Forum Africa and a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner.

Dede Quarshie is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Zeepay Global Operations. She comes on board Zeepay with strong banking and relationship management experience. After having managed Transportation, Real Estate, FMCG and Money Service Business in Corporate Banking for a large Bank in Ghana.

She is currently responsible for Zeepay’s Remittance portfolio which covers over 500 Corridors globally and termination into over 20 African Countries. She also has oversight responsibility overall Zeepay key partner accounts including UK office.

An HR generalist with a combined 6-years of experience in human resource policy development and implementation, change management, business process improvement, employee onboarding, training facilitation, training and development.

A data-driven HR professional with a degree in Economics and a master's degree in International Management with certification and training in recruitment, motivation, employee health and safety. An English and French bilingual with a multicultural context, having studied in Ghana and France.

My HR practice is customer-centric, focusing on employee skill development and alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

Michael Addy graduated from the University of Cape Coast in June 1990 with a bachelor's degree in Education and a Diploma in Geography. He is a licensed Test Administrator trained by Saville and Holdsworth (UK) and (South Africa). I have had over 20 post graduate training programs including workshops on Labour Act 2003 (651), Best Practice in Assessment Methods by SHL (South Africa), Project Management (UK) etc.

My career in HR spanned twenty (23) years and my passion has been in Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Job Evaluation, Succession Planning, and Change Management. He has worked in different managerial roles as a Human Resource Manager in different corporate organisations such as Barclays Bank, UniBank, UT Bank, Armajaro Ghana Limited. I currently work with Zeepay Ghana Limited helping to drive their HR function and Strategic growth.

Godwin is the head of IT of Zeepay Ghana Limited, one of the fastest Fintech organisations in Ghana and Africa. He is a software developer and designs and implementation for small and medium scale enterprises as well as corporate entities. He is passionate about tech and it’s ability to bring rapid transformation to Africa His leadership skills and ability to manage teams to deliver huge projects on time is an asset he brings on the table.

Samuel Asafu-Agyei is the Strategy Management Officer for Zeepay Ghana Limited. He has close to 10 years combined experience in Investment Banking (Equity Research and Business Development), Training, Administration and Entrepreneurship. As an Analyst (covering the Economy, and the Consumer, Energy and Telco sectors) and the Corporate Broking Lead with a premiere Advisory/Brokerage firm in Ghana, Samuel developed a strong interest for Finance, Project Management and Technology.

Equally important, he has developed a passion for trend analysis, data analytics, Total Quality Management, knowledge transfer and client management after having worked in academia, the food processing industry and offering support services to existing and start-up businesses. He is currently responsible for the implementation of the firm-wide strategy, and is integral to the team spearheading the funding rounds for Zeepay; the fastest growing FinTech in Sub-Saharan African.

Kennedy has over fifteen (15) years’ experience in Banking and Finance in the Operations, Commercial and Corporate Banking sectors with competence in Oil and Gas, Telecoms, Multinationals and FMCG industries.

Kennedy is currently the Head of Operations at Zeepay Ghana Limited, overseeing the day-to-day management of the operational processes and efficient management of the risks associated with the Company’s Operations. Prior to joining Zeepay, Kennedy worked with Stanbic Bank Ghana as a Manager in the Commercial Banking Team. He was a founding staff of Guaranty Trust Bank where he worked in Treasury, Domestic and Branch Operations. At Access Bank Ghana, where he joined from Guaranty Trust Bank, he was Head of Treasury Operations.

Kennedy holds a BSc (Admin) Banking and Finance degree from UG Business School and an MBA in Finance and Banking from The Paris Graduate School of Management. He is certified by The ACI – Financial Markets Association
